MEET ANGIE
Hi and welcome. I thought I would add a little more information about me.
I went to college as a swimmer (many lifetimes ago) and became interested in the human body and how fascinating it is and wanted to learn more. Out of college I was a tri-athlete until I realized my body needed to slow down. In the 90's along came my search for Yoga.
Yoga, what was this? I began my quest at Yogaville, when Swami Satchidananda was still alive. I was in awe and wanted more. I studied Yoga and meditation with Dharma Mittra, Swami Sivananda, Patthabi Jois. Sang Satsang with Ram Dass and Krishna Das. Finally, I found my guru Yogi Hari and spent many months on his ashram in Florida.
Out of college I had this dream of helping children with nutrition and exercise, but I quickly learned that I had to help the parents first. Creating meal plans, developing customizable programs, recipes are keys to a healthy diet.
Surrounding yourself with the right community and finding a deeper relationship with yourself if the key. We all go through struggles, but we can overcome and find comfort.
Tell me what is on your heart and mind. How can I help you transform your life?

Hi and welcome. I thought I would add a little more information about me.
I have always been fascinated with the human body. In the 90's along came my search for Yoga.
Yoga, what was this? I began my quest at Yogaville, when Swami Satchidananda was still alive. I was in awe and wanted to learn more and began taking workshops with Beryl Bender Birch and Baron Baptiste. I studied Yoga and meditation intensively under Dharma Mittra, Swami Sivananda, and K. Patthabi Jois. Sang Satsang with Ram Dass and Krishna Das. Finally, I found my guru Yogi Hari and spent many months at his ashram in Florida. I feel so blessed to learn so much through all of these amazing souls!
I started my own Yoga studio in 2004 in Florida with an amazing soul, Courtney. Meditation, yoga practice was my life and existence.
I LOVE seeing my clients make noticeable changes in their lives. Creating meal plans that work, developing customizable programs, creating access to health food and shopping with them. Developing tasty recipes are keys to a healthy diet.
Surrounding yourself with the right community and find a deeper relationship with yourself is the key. We all go through struggles, but we can overcome and find comfort.
Tell me what is on your heart and mind. How can I help you transform your life?
