There are keys to eliminating toxins and reducing oxidative stress. This will wear out your body on a cellular level. Disease is caused by inflammation. Homeostasis is the body's equillibrium of health and certain foods will return your body back to a healthy homeostasis.

Who am I?

Hi! My name is Angie Palmieri and I have a huge passion for all things health and wellness. I want to make a difference in my community and the people whose lives I touch.

Our healthcare system is flawed, and my clients are looking for one-on-one advice and counseling, not just a handout but an actual conversation to improve their overall health.

I majored in Nutrition Science and Exercise Science at Indiana University. I live and breathe health and wellness and want to help you live a healthier life.

My job is to educate you through planning and support to help you make real changes in your life. Together we will develop programs that are customizable and attainable, create meal plans, and set goals. You are willing to invest in your health and well-being.

What is meal planning?

Meal planning is individualized meal plans that work for you. Sharing tips and recipes for cooking at home.

Emotional health affects how we think, feel and act. It helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

Are you a dietician?

No, I am not. Dieticians typically work in government settings and their practice is very different. I focus on the whole self.

  • Dairy Free Cauliflower Leek Soup

    1 T olive oil

    2 leeks, sliced

    2 shallots, sliced

    1 garlic clove, chopped

    Cauliflower, roasted

    1 c plain almond milk (Three Trees)

    1 (5 oz) plain yogurt df (Culina)

    3 c vegetable broth (Kettle & Fire)

    salt and pepper

    • Preheat oven 400. Toss cauliflower on a baking sheet with olive oil and roast until slightly crispy.
    • In a large soup pot, warm olive oil. Add leeks, shallots, and garlic until fragrant.
    • Add roasted cauliflower, almond milk, and dairy-free yogurt.
    • Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
    • Turn up heat slightly and bring to boil, lower and simmer 15 minutes.

  • Green Smoothie

    Handful of Spinach

    1 date

    apple slice (optional)

    1 c homemade or store bought almond milk

    1/2 frozen banana

    handful of ice

    water if necessary

    Blend in your Vitamix and enjoy!

    optional: add moringa powder, mushroom powder, protein powder, psyllium husk powder, bee pollen or armra colostrum

  • The Best Cooked Carrots

    Whole carrots - sliced with a mandoline slicer

    Add avocado oil or coconut oil in your cast iron skillet. I like to add some water and cover as I like my carrots cooked and crispy.
